Born on February 20, 1976, in Kyiv.
Education
In 1998, he graduated with honors from the Kyiv Institute of Internal Affairs, specializing in law.
In 2009, he graduated from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in Law Enforcement Management.
In 2015, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Parliamentarism and Parliamentary Activities.
Career
Since 1998, he has served in the internal affairs agencies of Ukraine and holds the rank of police colonel.
Since 2011, he has held the position of secretary of the Vyshneve City Council.
Since December 2011, he has been the mayor of Vyshneve.
Family
Married, raising a son.
