In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Impact Assessment” by Private Enterprise “PULTAGRO-RHYTHM”.
The EU4Business program, funded by the European Union and the German government, will support another wave of grants – each worth up to €10,000 (or 400,000 hryvnia) – to 50 small businesses that have been affected by the full-scale invasion and are ready to develop their business in the supply of essential goods.

Grants must be used within six months for:
- preserving and creating new jobs (paying salaries, no more than 3 employees);
- purchasing equipment, raw materials, or supplies;
- rent for premises;
- equipment leasing (except for personal vehicles);
- costs associated with relocating the business;
- consulting services (including marketing and brand development);
- certification services.
Who can apply for a grant?
Business entities registered in accordance with the procedure established by law no later than December 31, 2019, in the territory of Ukraine controlled by the Ukrainian government; which have temporarily relocated from the territory of administrative-territorial units or have suffered as a result of hostilities, have the opportunity at the time of application to confirm the losses they have suffered and continue to carry out economic activities.
Applications may be submitted by legal entities of any organizational and legal form of ownership that meet the following criteria:
- the main type of economic activity that meets the requirements for receiving a grant;
- the company employs between 11 and 49 people;
- the owner is exclusively a citizen of Ukraine;
- do not operate in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as of the date of application and do not have subsidiaries in the Russian Federation, Belarus, and other countries on the sanctions list;
- annual income from any activity does not exceed the equivalent of €10 million.
Priority in the evaluation of grant applications will be given to companies that produce essential goods and services for Ukrainian citizens or operate in the fields of healthcare or architecture and engineering.
The selection of candidates will continue until September 10, 2023. The evaluation committee will consist of independent business experts. The selection will take place in two stages. In the first stage, applications will be checked for compliance with the rules. The second stage will consist of interviews with company representatives..
